Replicant enables Fortune 100 companies to automate their contact centers with their revolutionary AI-powered “Thinking Machine” that can conduct natural conversations across voice, messaging and other digital channels.
While their AI could handle over 30 million support requests without blinking an eye, the scale of their video production severely lagged behind. So they reached out to me to kick their video machine into overdrive.
How I Helped
I worked directly with Replicant’s marketing team to produce several videos across their digital and on-site channels, utilizing sleek motion graphics that melded seamlessly with their established branding.
Major company milestones deserve to be seen, so when Replicant secured an eye-popping $78M Series B funding round, I helped to produce their “Thank You” campaign video. The video features actual audio from satisfied customers thanking their Thinking Machine for helping solve their problems.
Replicant is constantly innovating and improving upon their Thinking Machine’s features. This video campaign demonstrates the new Multi-Language Recognition capabilities of their contact center automation suite.
I was able to work with Replicant’s Content Strategy team to produce a series of fun and flashy motion graphics-based LinkedIn video posts.
