The China Project (formerly SupChina) is a New York-based, China-focused news, information, and business services platform. In addition to their fearless coverage of all things China, they also host multiple conferences that bring crowds from around the world.
Pioneering the hybrid conference model, The China Project wanted to up their production value for their online and in-person audiences. So they turned to me to take things to the next level.
I teamed up with The China Project’s Events and Marketing teams to produce 10 high-impact, animated videos to introduce various speakers, panels, honorees, and performers throughout their 2021 Women’s Conference.
Together we brainstormed, designed style frames, storyboarded, animated and edited a complete video package for the entire two-day event.
All 10 videos were delivered ahead of time and under budget, elevating the production value and keeping the momentum going between both days of the conference.
The videos were so successful that The China Project contracted Tuba Time Creative to create more of them for all future events, including their headline NEXTChina Conference.
